our discussions based on this version?

the 0.2 version LRM
chapter files. These PDF files are easier to download
and
navigate than the whole 10MB book. Take a look:

use these for your review purposes moving forward.
This version obsoletes
version 0.1. Change bars are provided.
As you will notice, the
formatting of this version is in the
"no thrills" IEEE fashion. May be a
bit harder to read, but
more like the final product.

you spot any issues with this version, please
log it in the issue
tracking system. Let me know if anything
is broken as far as the web site
is concerned.
