Another TF update

Dear members,

Here is the current status of TF memberships as I have them.
Please point out any inaccuracies, anyone I left out.

People who still consider joining any of the task forces -
please do! I will start recruiting individuals that would
further strengthen the TFs. In addition, TF leads are encouraged
to try and recruit members they would feel comfortable working
with.
