More TFs

Greetings,

A quick update on the formation of the task forces.

We have several TFs with good size membership. I'll encourage the
leads of these teams to initiate planning. Each TF will have it's
own e-mail reflector and home page set up.

In contrast, several TFs need more membership:
 3. Aspect oriented programming
 6. Temporal expressions
 7. TCMs and concurrent semantics - needs a lead
 9. e Libraries - needs a lead
 10. Reflection API - needs a lead

Please consider joining one of these efforts!

Below you can find the current TF composition.

Best regards,
