Hi all,

Meeting 3 minutes are now posted on the web site, along with a
draft agenda for meeting 4.

Please review the minutes at http://www.ieee1647.org/meeting3.html
In particular, please be aware that the WG decided to allow
participation via e-mail to count for attendance tracking. Members
sending in e-mail to rollcall@ieee1647.org will be considered as
actively involved and included in the meeting attendance. This is
in line with the DASC recommendations.

Kindly direct your comments about the minutes to the reflector.
