The relevant extract is below.
We should proceed with the following steps:
1. Identify a Returning Officer to run the elections, by
May 10. Done
2. Present the issue at the May 10 WG meeting Done
3. Open a nomination period of 14 days, in which nominations
will be sent to the Returning Officer Done
4. The Returning Officer shall send out an e-mail ballot to
all voting members in the WG, starting a 14 day ballot

5. The Returning officer will announce the results to the WG
6. The elected Chair will seek DASC approval for the Chair
and Vice Chair nominations.
