WG meeting postponed

In our meeting today, the coordination TF decided to push out the
working group meeting until enough technical material is available
to merit a meeting.

At this time we are working on updating the LRM (with over a 100
issues pending), preparing a position paper about keywords and
preparing a more formal work plan for the group. I hope we will be
able to present some of the results in the next WG meeting.

* The WG meeting is now scheduled for Monday, September 27 at 9 AM
Pacific.
