LRM 0.2 & pending issues

Dear all,

For your information, the new version of the LRM (0.2) is
posted on the download page:

This is a 10.3 MB file. We will post chapter by chapter
files in a couple of weeks.

53 of the issues targeting this revision have been delayed
to revision 0.3. The version field for these issues have
been updated - they are now listed as originating from
version 0.2.
