Note new meeting schedule

After some deliberations, we concluded that a short
meeting on August 15th is in order to launch the final
draft (0.5). The vote on the draft is scheduled for
August 29th. So, in fact we have 3 meetings in August:
meeting 15 - August 1st
meeting 16 - August 15th
meeting 17 - August 29th

This is a bit much, but I hope that a vision of a future
free of eWG meetings will compel everybody to take part in
this last push :)
